## Job Description
The **Process Automation Specialist** will:
- Create Screenshot Automation Recipes for customer implementations using our [Screenshot Recipe Builder](/content/product/screenshot-recipe-builder/index.html).
- Analyze feedback to improve recipe efficiency and identify bugs.
- Document findings and provide detailed engineering tickets for the team.

### Responsibilities  
- Create hundreds of Screenshot Automation Recipes monthly.
- Provide product QA using tools like the Browser Console and [Product Screenshots and Help Center Sync API](https://docs.launchbrightly.com/).
- Contribute to product design and enhancements.

### Qualifications  
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and DOM manipulation.
- Familiarity with JavaScript and writing QA scripts.
- API experience, especially with Postman.
