Job Description
The Process Automation Specialist will:
- Create Screenshot Automation Recipes for customer implementations using our Screenshot Recipe Builder.
- Analyze feedback to improve recipe efficiency and identify bugs.
- Document findings and provide detailed engineering tickets for the team.
Responsibilities
- Create hundreds of Screenshot Automation Recipes monthly.
- Provide product QA using tools like the Browser Console and Product Screenshots and Help Center Sync API.
- Contribute to product design and enhancements.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and DOM manipulation.
- Familiarity with JavaScript and writing QA scripts.
- API experience, especially with Postman.
