# Make your always up-to-date screenshots available in your org’s shared Drive

### Give teammates access to your fresh screenshots—automatically

We’re excited to announce two new storage integrations—Google Drive and Microsoft OneDrive—making it easier than ever to share your fully up-to-date product screenshots with teams across your organization.

At LaunchBrightly we are hell-bent on keeping your help center fresh with up-to-the-minute screenshots of your product. But we’re also seeing a growing demand for fresh, accurate product screenshots beyond support docs. Screenshots are increasingly powering internal knowledge sharing, sales enablement, marketing campaigns, and even [AI experimentation](/content/customers/metadata/index.html).

With our instant exporting of the latest version of your product screenshots to [Google Drive](/content/product/export/googledrive/index.html) and [MS OneDrive](/content/product/export/microsoftonedrive/index.html), you can turn your screenshots into a living asset your entire team can use! No more asking: _Can you send me a screenshot?_

#### Copy automated screenshots to Google Drive or MS OneDrive

Use our Export feature to [automatically copy each of your automated products screenshots to a drive of your control](/content/product/export/index.html). The folder structure is customizable, and structured around your team name, product name, and the unique mode of the screenshot in question.

Most importantly, screenshots are saved under the same filename each time and will be continuously overwritten under this same filename. This means that when you share a folder and screenshot URLs with other teams, you can do so confidently, knowing it will always remain the same while serving the most up-to-date version of your product screenshot.

#### Export all your auto-generated product screenshots

Setting up a Storage Integration is easy—just give it a name, sign into Google or Microsoft, test the connection, and you're all set. And so there is no confusion: we only request access to the specific Google folder that we manage for your screenshots. We don’t have access to anything in your Drive.

You’ll then be able to Export (i.e. copy) your latest screenshots directly into your connected Google Drive or MS OneDrive with the click-of-a-button.

High-resolution, lossless screenshots (optimized for reuse) instantly available to keep your team in sync with your most current UI, and other product updates.

We’re just scratching the surface! We’re planning on expanding the infrastructure storage buckets we support across the following categories:

- **Infrastructure storage buckets** like: Cloudflare R2 ✅, Amazon S3 ✅, Azure Blob Storage, Supabase Storage, IDrive, Cloudian and MinIO;
- **File hosting services** such as: Google Drive ✅, Microsoft One Drive ✅, Dropbox and Box;
- **Digital Assets Management Services (DAM)** like: Brandfolder
